Refunds and Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Change of Mind Policy

You may return or exchange your purchased goods, it must be returned within 14 days from goods been delivered. The goods must be on the original packaging, sealed and unopened. Refunds normally will be processed to your original payment within 3 business days or depend on your financial institutes.
A fee of 25% may apply. Please place your order carefully.

Due to our commitment of fulfilling your orders in a timely manner, all orders are processed efficiently. There is no guarantee to be able to cancel the order once it have been placed.
No cancellation once your order is in process. You will have to receive your order and lodge a refund/ exchange request. For refund/exchanges, please refer to our return policy.
Once an order has been placed, no additional changes, modifications or edits can be made. Please place your order carefully.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will advise on further action.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


General Return & Refund Guidelines

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return. (i.e. if a return initiated for a defective product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
Purchase of items (i.e. Ninebot KickScooter MAX), please keep the original package for at least 30 days within the return policy period in case any return or replacement request.
Products that are received by Ejoyride in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and will be rejected:
Any product not purchased from
Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable IMEI or serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label.
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
Any product that exhibits physical damage.
Any product which appears tampered, customised, or altered in any way.
Any consumable product that already opened, such as towels, pillow, toothbrush, mask.
Standard Return Policy
For the products of proper quality or the products with manufacturing problems: return for refund or replacement within 30 calendar days from the invoice.
Return costs are free for refund and replacement returns of the same item within the return policy period, only provided the product are defective due to manufacturer reaso
