All imported products do not incur a shipping fee.
Products are shipped by the individual Ejoyride retailers, who are located across Europe and the rest of the world. The delivery times vary depending on the retailer's location, the destination state and the selected delivery method.
Ejoyride offers two delivery options for certain items: Standard or Express.
All retailers offer a standard delivery service, and some retailers also offer an express delivery service.
Standard – Domestic Standard delivery takes approximately 3-10 business days from despatch, while an International Standard delivery takes 15-60 business days from despatch. Normally track & trace and proof of delivery are not available on a standard service.
Express – Express (for certain items only) delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days from despatch, while an International Express delivery takes 3-10 business days from despatch. Usually track & trace and/or proof of delivery are available on an express service.
If an Express delivery option is available on the product(s) you are ordering, then you will be given the option to upgrade during the checkout process.
Although Ejoyride retailers endeavour to deliver within these timescales, please note that timescales are estimated and not guaranteed.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at: email@example.com
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Due to our commitment of fulfilling your orders in a timely manner, all orders are processed efficiently. There is no guarantee to be able to cancel the order once it have been placed.
No cancellation once your order is in process. You will have to receive your order and lodge a refund/ exchange request. For refund/exchanges, please refer to our return policy.
Once an order has been placed, no additional changes, modifications or edits can be made. Please place your order carefully.
If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and must be returned in the original unopened packaging. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Please ensure you take the time to select the correct size of your cover as we do not exchange or refund for incorrect choice or change of mind.
